Good Morning

“Good morning” say the newborn sky
He hides from the night’s darkness
Behind softened clouds
Darkness takes the ground and the trees
And spits her ash upon them

The sky’s pearl leaves the ocean floor
And shoots rays of light upon its owner, the sky
Red and purple destroy dark blue
And that’s what become the clouds
That lay above the sea

The darkness cowers in a corner
With greater light approaching
The pearls warmth soothes the tree
Filling it with life
